SPECIAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
In February, 2009 we became the first 24 Hour Fitness Contractor ever to have ZERO items on a punch list (tenant
improvements at City of Industry, California).

    A "green build" LEED's (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified project achieving the GOLD
    standard of compliance with 24 Hour Fitness at the Molasky Center Agassi Super Sport in Las Vegas, Nevada.

After the Los Angeles riots in 1992, Cal Select joined with Taco Bell to plan, develop and promote community
rebuilding through the "Compton Comeback" project, which included hiring 450 local minority people.  The project
was developed in 4-6 weeks; orchestrating the construction of a Taco Bell in 46 hours from the ground up.

    In 1997, Cal Select was named "Outback Vendor of the Year" for constructing 2 Outback restaurants at year's end
    during El Nino's rainy season.  The Chico and Rohnert Park restaurants in northern California were built from
    ground-up in 35 days.

In Chico, California, Cal Select converted a 100 year old historical building into a 3 level restaurant, which also
encompassed extensive seismic upgrades.

    The ingenious and thoughtful ways we manage remodel projects minimizing disruption during working hours in high
    end shopping malls; restaurants or 24/7 retail stores have brought effusive compliments from our clients and the
    appreciation of their customers.

INSURANCE and BONDING
Bonding and insurance capacity are part of the equation that defines the size projects we are able to undertake.  
Insurance in-force coverage includes:  $2,000,000 aggregate general liability; $1,000,000 automobile liability;
$3,000,000 excess/umbrella liability; $7,000,000 builder's risk; and $1,000,000 per occurrence for workers'
compensation.  Our insurance broker assures us that we can obtain additional coverage should circumstances require.  
Due to our long term customer relationships, it is seldom necessary for us to post bonds, but when mandated,
performance bonds are available.
